You were half spanish and had never told Harry about your mother’s ethnicity since she had died a few months ago. It was still a touchy subject and you didn’t like to talk about any aspect of your life with him. You loved speaking in spanish whenever you could, but you felt like a piece of you was missing when you did, so you could never bring yourself to do it anymore. 

One morning you thought that you were home alone. You were cleaning and all of a sudden, you knocked over a vase with your bum.

“DIOS MIO!” You screamed. “TE MOLESTES, ESTUPIDO.” (A.N i hope I said that right…five years of spanish for nothing if I didn’t!)

Harry stood laughing. “What on earth did you just say?!”

You jumped, “Uh-nothing, it was nothing.”

“You never told me that you could speak spanish!”

“I’m half spanish, Haz.” You laughed.

“That’s…really hot, actually. Could you say some dirty things to me tonight?” He winked.

“Bastard.” You laughed.

Your parents didn’t want you and Liam to be together. Your parents didn’t like the fact that he was in a boyband and was gone 50% of the year. They did all they could to separate you two. Your parents told vicious lies to the press and made things out to be worse than they actually were. One day just pushed it over the edge.

You were sitting at home on a sunny Saturday in London. Liam was at the studio for a morning rehearsal. You had gotten a text from your fiance as you were finishing up a chapter in your favorite book. 

“We have to talk when I get home.”

That phrase was never good, you thought about all of the possible things that he could have been mad at you for. You stayed in your spot on the patio until Liam had returned home. He looked like hell.

“What’s wrong Liam?’

“(Y/N), are you happy here with me? Because if you aren’t we can call this whole thing off right now.”

“Li, what are you talking about? Of course I love you!”

“Then what is this?” He hissed throwing pictures onto the table. You examined each of the photos. You didn’t understand why he was so mad.

“Why are you so mad about these?”

“You’re cheating on me! It’s all over the tabloids! “

“Liam, you for one should understand that what the tabloids say is complete bullshit. Those are pictures of my cousin from Italy. That’s how they greet you when they see you! I can’t believe this.” You stood up and went inside pissed. Liam came in after cooling down a bit and wrapped his arms around you.

“Please don’t be mad at me.”

“I’m not.” You said. “Where did you get those pictures?”

“I dunno.” He shrugged. “They were in the studio’s mailbox this morning.

“Were they sent in a package?”

Liam nodded and brought it out. It had her mom’s hand writing all over it.

“I can’t believe this!” You sobbed. “Why can’t they just let us be?”

“I love you.” He said taking your hand.

“I love you too, Li. So so so much.”

“Marry me.” He said.

“What?” You smiled.

“Marry. Me.”

“OF COURSE!” You screamed, jumping into his arms.
